  • BP Caroni 1998 Trinidad 25 yr

    $450.00

Founded in the early 1900s near Port of Spain, Caroni was one of Trinidad’s most storied rum distilleries, benefitting from a number of different factors including housing both column and pot stills which meant a wider variety of rums could be produced. The sugar cane industry and the number of distilleries on the island dwindled towards the end of the 20th century and, eventually, Caroni shut its doors in the early 2000s. This 25-year-old Caroni was distilled in 1998.

  • BP Foursquare 2006 17 yr (Pinball)

    $160.00

We intended to bottle only one Foursquare initially, but couldn’t help ourselves when, during a tasting, we found this Rum Revelation with the help of a good friend. This 17-year-old Foursquare (MBFS) was distilled in 2006 and aged 14 years in American white oak casks before being transported to Europe in 2020 where it was transferred into a once used bourbon barrel.

  • BP French Antilles Distillery 2017 (Martinique 6 yr)

    $100.00

This six-year-old rum from an unnamed distillery in the French Antilles was distilled in 2017 and filled into a American oak cask, maturing at origin before being shipped to Europe in 2021 and filled into a once used bourbon barrel. We found that this did not fit the mould of a typical agricole style rum, but we enjoyed the divergence that created such a wonderful rum that we hope you enjoy as much as we do.

  • BP Jamaican Distillery 2000 (Hampden 23 yr LROK)

    $250.00

Finding a stand-out rum from this distillery has been a personal mission for a while. Like the best of surprises, this particular rum was suggested to us as we were winding down our search for the holiday season. “One last sample,” we thought and this brought a sparkle to our eye and surpassed every expectation, leaving us elated at the idea of being able to bottle this as part of our first release

    $185.00

This was one of the first casks we selected, working with North Point distillery, in the search for our first rum release. • Burlesque by Roulaison 58.3% (375ml)

    $45.00

Burlesque is one of our all time favorite releases – the accidental 90 day fermentation unleashed a wild, intense, multi-layered flavor experience with notes of mulled wine, cherry cough drops, red hots, flan custard and candied orange peel.

    $45.00

A vanguard of the burgeoning UK rum scene, Matugga represents an inspired fusion of distillation and flavor traditions from Scotland, the Caribbean & East Africa. Matugga’s dunder-powered Golden Rum made an instant impression on us with its notes of tropical fruit and steely esters supported by a gently oaky backbone (from its aging in an ex-bourbon cask). Naturally, we were delighted to bottle this custom overproof version for their US debut.

In early 2025, Rumcast co-hosts John Gulla and Will Hoekenga tasted their way through the warehouse at Liverpool’s legendary Main Rum Company with one goal: come back with special casks that were not only evocative of the rum’s origin, but also of Main Rum’s unique aging environment and cask management skills. This US exclusive bottling is boosted to 45% to give the US rums fans an extra notch of aromatic intensity.
