THE RUM: Burlesque is one of our all time favorite releases – the accidental 90 day fermentation unleashed a wild, intense, multi-layered flavor experience with notes of mulled wine, cherry cough drops, red hots, flan custard and candied orange peel. Red Wine casks are fickle beasts that we usually avoid but 7 years of marriage with Roulaison’s pot still distillate resulted in a gorgeous integration that stays true through the end of its melodic finish.

Update March 2024: Sadly, the Rummieclub Distillery announced that they will be closing as of June 2024, making the existing stock the very last rum to ever be released by their distillery. We only imported 80 liters of Kyrïe, so get it while it lasts!
