    This 25yo Clarendon rum was bottled from a single cask which yielded 253 bottles. It spent 22 years in the tropics, before spending another three in the Old Continent. Distilled in 1996 in a pot still, and matured in an ex-rum oak barrel, before being bottled at a whopping 67% ABV.

    The Enmore sugar estate was established by Edward Henry Porter in the early 19th century. The distillery was once the home of the famed Wooden Coffey Still, closed in 1994 before the equipment was moved to DDL’s Diamond distillery where it sits today.

    This is a continentally aged 29-year-old Demerara rum. Distilled in 1993, in a Wooden Coffee Still (EHP), and bottled in 2023 at 43.5% ABV. Matured in an ex-rum cask that yielded 118 bottles.

    Enmore no. 9 was produced at Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still (REV). This expression has spent 29 years in an ex-rum cask and was bottled in 2023 at 45.8% ABV. There are just 157 bottles in this batch.

    Legendary Trinidad-based rum distillery Caroni closed its doors in 2003. Since then, the distillery’s distinctive, heavy rums have become some of the most collected.

    This Caroni rum is a 1998 vintage. Aged for 11 years in the tropical weather and 13 years on the continent, the edition was bottled in 2022 at a full alcohol content of 62.9%.

    Legendary Trinidad-based rum distillery Caroni closed its doors in 2003. Since then, the distillery’s distinctive, heavy rums have become some of the most collected.

    A single cask bottling of Caroni column still rum distilled in 1998. The column-style rum was allowed to be stored tropical for 11 years and continental in ex-whisky barrels for 12 years and was bottled with a cask strength of 62,9% alcohol.
