“Dunder Pressure” is a Queen’s Share version of “variable tailspin”, fiery and gorgeous like a Freddie & David collaboration! .
THE RUM: Opens with explosively fruity notes and pungent aromatics with a silky mouthfeel, then evolves into notes of juicy grapes & dark chocolate fudge from the Madeira finish.
STRENGTH: 69.5% ABV
H20: Add lotsa water .. but NO ICE ICE BABY! PRODUCTION: Molasses in Pot Still, No additives, 3.5 distillations, 6 months in Madeira cask

$45.00OUR TAKE: Guardians is the real sleeper in this lineup – Trinidad has produced some of the greatest rum in history (RIP, Caroni!) but also puts out a lot of so-so high volume juice so we didn’t enter the selection process assuming we’d come out with a “Trini”. And while the Foursquare and the Guyana were big, bold flashy candidates, this Trinidad kept popping up, refusing to be ignored (maybe because it’s over TWO THIRDS alcohol but drinks more like a 55 percenter).
