THE STORY: We’re huge admirers of Dr. Robyn Smith PhD. and her mindblowing creations at “rum et al” distillery in LA where hard science meets wild artistic ambition and are honored to release their first indie bottling!
“Dunder Pressure” is a Queen’s Share version of “variable tailspin”, fiery and gorgeous like a Freddie & David collaboration! .

H20: Add lotsa water .. but NO ICE ICE BABY!
PRODUCTION: Molasses in Pot Still, No additives, 3.5 distillations, 6 months in Oloroso Sherry quarter cask

Moongazer 9 yr Guyana Versailles Pot Still Rum
$45.00Over 250 yrs old, Diamond Distillery’s legendary Versailles still is one of only two wooden pot stills in existence (FIRE & WOOD aren’t a formula for longevity?!?) and this bottle is a classic example of its intoxicatingly pungent notes of raisin syrup, birdseed, mocha, charred banana, black tea and ozone.

Kinnaree 9 yr Thailand Rum
$40.00We’re excited to be one of the very first IBs to release a rum from Thailand. While most of their domestic releases are heavily sweetened, we were so thrilled that their unadulterated distillate is wonderful stuff (at a reasonable price!) that we bought two casks. We’ve always wanted a quality “gateway” rum that was instantly accessible to rum newbies but still had the complexity and stamina to impress jaded rum aficionados. We were thrilled to find this rum in Thailand, a new country for most rum drinkers.
Why is this the “female” cask? She opens beautifully with lush, resonant floral notes while its sibling “male” cask has a strong lingering oaky finish.
