Bringing back one of our favourite distilleries – we bottled a Fiji! An exceptional reflection of the distillery, this is a wonderful complement to our 19-year-old Fiji from the first release. With a lot more funk from the younger distillate, this is the more raw and powerful Fiji that we know so many of you have been yearning for.
Distilled in 2012 and spending the majority of its life in the UK in a once used bourbon barrel, this is a one that we sure will spread cheer.
The label is the “Medusa” by Kath Lobo and the first for our “Greek Myths” series. Kath brings to life the spine-tingling feeling from the spirit into the label and it was incredible to work with her again.
This single barrel rum is non-chill filtered with no additives, yielding 241 bottles at a cask strength of 61.7% ABV.

Guardians (8 yr Trinidad Rum)
$45.00OUR TAKE: Guardians is the real sleeper in this lineup – Trinidad has produced some of the greatest rum in history (RIP, Caroni!) but also puts out a lot of so-so high volume juice so we didn’t enter the selection process assuming we’d come out with a “Trini”. And while the Foursquare and the Guyana were big, bold flashy candidates, this Trinidad kept popping up, refusing to be ignored (maybe because it’s over TWO THIRDS alcohol but drinks more like a 55 percenter). We succumbed to its fruity delights with absolutely zero regrets!
