THE RUM: This is just Yowie Strikes Back with an additional year of aging, still featuring the pre-2010 S. Pombe yeast trademark notes of floral eucalyptus and apricot but with new refined flavors of wild honey, white pepper and a dry matchstick finish.
AGING: 12 yrs AUSTRALIA, 5 yrs EU, 1 YR USA
ADDITIVES: No additives
PRODUCTION: Molasses in Pot still
