Our original plan was for a longer aging but Kyrïe I was so popular & sold out so quickly we caved in and bottled the last of the Kyrïe that you’re holding in your hands! To be honest it’s not wildly different than the original Kyrïe, just a bit fuller and rounder in its mouthfeel.
